A pleasant experience!

The location allowed walking from the Asok BTS station. That was convenient.
I was less impressed with the pool bar hours. It closed earlier than advertised. The staff seemed okay but not especially attentive or personal. The road outside had constant traffic. This made getting a taxi via apps difficult.

The laundry service impressed me. My clothes looked freshly bought from a store after they handled them. I appreciated the completeness of the room amenities. There was a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board without me needing to request them. The hotel uses glass bottles for complimentary water, a good step toward minimizing single-use plastic. I also liked the quick response when I had trouble with the smart toilet.
